Change Management: Year-long assignment with a top 5 global semiconductor firm equipping senior leaders across the US, Europe and Asia with emotional/social/cultural intelligence and personal influence (EQ, SQ-social quotient, CQ-cultural quotient), to lead the company through major reorganization and transition.

Management Education: Rolled out and taught new leadership modules to senior managers of Asia regional bank, covering Singapore, Cambodia, Philippines, HK, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Executive Coaching examples:

A) Coached Asia regional head of US$25b global provider of healthcare products. Region become the highest performer for the firm.  Individual was promoted to executive role at HQ, covering a five (5) regions. 

B) Merger of 2 regions by a US$99b pharmaceutical firm led to consolidation and rationalization of functions and people.  Used ontological coaching to assist a high potential senior regional manager considering departure to help him assess various scenarios, explore emotionally his choices, and select option he could commit to. Led to renewed engagement in the firm, with a decision to compete for a lead role. Individual is now a key business leader for the Malaysia market and a major contributor to success of organization.


Shared Future Program: Worked with Asia Board of multinational Engineering Consultancy to develop Asia regional strategy.  Cascaded process to country level (India, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, China and Japan) aiding business leaders in developing abilities as strategic thinkers, using workshops and individual coaching over 3 months.   Program freed Corporate Strategy to focus on a major acquisition, start a new business stream, and create a succession process. Business leader discussions with Board and CEO moved from operational to strategic.  Relationship with firm over 2+ years.

Strategy Facilitation:  Facilitated strategy session for a global Medical Device firm, to cascade global corporate strategy and develop their own Asia strategy to deliver the corporate strategy in a top-down / bottom-up approach.  The Asia business became the market leader against competitors, and internally within the global firm.  3-year relationship.

Key Facilitator for Suite of Strategic Management Development Programs: Facilitated Strategy, Communication, Entrepreneurship, Creativity, Facilitation Skills, Appraisal System sessions to senior managers across Asia and to Europeans working in Asia.  Rationalized training costs by re-designing the learning and development program.  Training budget was significantly reduced with no reduction in quality.  Relationship 4 years and ongoing.
